About ARKSDA

The object of this association shall be to foster, promote improve and protect the seed industry and its allied branches; to encourage and promote a united effort for increasing the purity and improving the quality of all seeds sold; to aid in maintaining by all lawful means, high standards of quality of seeds that are now or may hereafter be fixed and established by federal and state laws, officers and agencies, and to encourage the observance and use of such standards by all its members; to supply information to its members; to fulfill any duties assigned to it by Federal or State Governments; to promote firmer business relations between all those engaged in the trade everywhere, and whenever possible, to adjust by arbitration, trade differences and disputes arising between members, or between members and non-members.
